What to prepare before your assessor visit
Assessors do occasionally check registered addresses against public records, and an incorrect address can cast doubt on the accuracy of your application more broadly. Make sure you're using the address exactly as it appears on the register, including any abbreviations. Operational addresses go in A1.5.1 — don't conflate the two.
