Provide the total headcount across your whole organisation, even if you are only certifying part of it. Include full-time, part-time, and regular contractors with access to your systems.

What to prepare before your assessor visit

Assessors are not looking to catch you out here — but this number is used to sense-check claims made elsewhere in the application. An organisation claiming to have 500 devices but only 20 staff will draw questions. Include everyone with access to your systems: full-time, part-time, and regular contractors, not just those in IT.
