For each subsidiary or related entity within scope, provide the registered name, Companies House number, and registered address. Assessors will verify each listed entity exists and is genuinely part of your certification boundary.
What satisfies this requirement
A list is requiredUse Add Entry for each entity. Included entities appear on the digital certificate and share the same expiry date. Separate certificates for each included entity available at £10 each. Included entities discoverable in Cyber Essentials Supply Check Tool.
What to prepare before your assessor visit
Assessors will verify each listed entity against company registers. Provide the Companies House number exactly as it appears — not prefixed with 'No.' or in alternative formats. Missing or incorrect numbers will require clarification and can delay certificate issuance. If any subsidiary's name on the register differs from its trading name, provide both.
